Online Housing Reservations
On-line housing is now closed. Should you choose to reserve a hotel room, you will now need to contact the hotels directly.
AAPS recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations for 2009 AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition. The city of Los Angeles and hotel community have made a major commitment to AAPS for competitive rates in quality hotels. If you require a room in Los Angeles, we would appreciate it if you would review the extensive list below and reserve your room at one of these official hotels. AAPS is pleased to provide a shuttle bus service from select hotels listed in our block to the Los Angeles Convention Center. These buses will run during the morning and afternoon on 20 minute intervals. An exact schedule will be available in the final program.

Call for AAPS Section Booth Volunteers
We are seeking volunteers to represent the sections in the AAPS Booth at the 2009
AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition. This is a great opportunity to recruit new members,
network with colleagues, enlist volunteers, and obtain feedback and ideas.
To volunteer, simply click on the link below for your section, which will take you
to the Booth Volunteer Form and from there, you may view the available time slots
by clicking the Booth Assignments link.
If you agree to represent a section in the booth, don't forget to mark the date
and time in your calendar.

Directions for using online purchases are as follows: Select the games that you desire. You will then need to create an account to claim and purchase your tickets from our website. You will only need to do this once as you will be able to re-enter future games with this information. It will ask you to verify number of seats required before placing your credit card information. You will receive a file attachment via email that contains your tickets. Open the attachment and simply print the file. These print outs will be your tickets for the game. Can't print in your office? Email the file attachment to another computer that you can and print your tickets on. Be advised, the email address you are forwarding your information to is a Secured Website.
